Workshop: Yoga meets Qigong

In this workshop we will warm-up our bodies with yoga and Qigong. Yoga allows us to feel our bodies, increase our strength and liveliness, improve circulation and breath, and straighten our bodies. Qigong works and stimulates the elasticity of the tendons, bringing more vitality into the body, its muscles and cells. Together Yoga and Qigong nourish the physical body and the heart-mind interdependence and help us sense our way to tranquility, awareness and well-being.
