Art, including music and dance, is an important instrument in development cooperation for dealing with and reflecting on social processes. Art often also contains a utopian moment. It expresses how the world could be. Two groups of young people dance on this evening and relate this art form to individual experiences and social life in general in their Indian region of origin.
